Returns & Exchanges
Our garments are engineered for the perfect, sculpt-and-smooth fit. If your piece does not align perfectly with your silhouette, we are committed to making the necessary adjustments through our exchange program.
How to Return an Item To qualify for a return, the garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition with all original Vee Wears luxury tags attached.
Reach out to our support concierge via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your package.
Provide your order number and note the sizing adjustment required.
Securely repackage the item in its original premium packaging to prepare it for courier collection.
How to Exchange an Item
Due to the exclusive nature of our production runs, we do not offer cash refunds, but we seamlessly facilitate size exchanges or provide store credit.
Once your returned garment is received at our studio and passes our quality inspection, your requested replacement size will be dispatched immediately.
If your preferred size is no longer available, our team will assist you in applying your store credit toward another commanding piece in our collection.
