Can I modify my order after placing it?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes (like a size adjustment or delivery address update), please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or Email. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make modifications.
What if an item is out of stock?
Because we value quality and exclusive tailoring, some pieces are produced in limited runs. If your size is out of stock, please sign up for our "Back in Stock" notification on the product page, and we will alert you the moment it’s available.

How do you handle deliveries in Nairobi?
We offer reliable, same-day or next-day delivery across Nairobi and its environs via our trusted partner riders. For deliveries outside Nairobi, we utilize secure courier services (G4S/Wells Fargo) to ensure your package reaches you safely.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout. We strive to keep our delivery fees transparent and competitive.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Vee Wears piece. If you receive an item that does not fit perfectly, we offer an exchange for a different size within 3 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Note: Due to the nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds, but we are committed to ensuring you find the right fit.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Quality is our priority. If you receive an item with a defect, please notify us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a prompt replacement at no extra cost.
